Description
This beautiful 100% Sangiovese is beautiful deep garnet colored wine with delicate notes of bing cherry, raspberry, caramel and a hint of boysenberry on the nose. Lovely flavors of pomegranate, fresh cherries and hibiscus entice along with toasted pie crust and mild peppercorn. A crisp, sightly drier wine, this is a nice palette cleansing wine with pronounced acids and structural tannins that will lend it to age successfully and pair nicely with tangy & spicy Italian dishes, heavy cream rich meats and even a little mild Mexican.
