Our delicious Cab Franc/Merlot blend is a beautiful expression of both of these popular varietals separately and together, creating an exceptional wine. Fermented individually and aged together in medium plus French Oak, they compliment each other with balanced acid and tannins, ensuring a mouth watering wine surprisingly both crisp and smooth on the palate, bursting with delicate fruit notes of firm cherries, fresh plum with a hint of toasted earth. Estate, farmed organically by hand, hand picked and sorted.
