Description
You will find this rich white wine beautifully balanced and delightfully fruit forward. It has spent six months in neutral oak and has been minimally fined and filtered to preserve its natural Roussanne fruit flavors. A mildly complex wine with pear, lychee, yellow peaches and pie crust on the nose, balanced acids and a nice mouthfeel. It exhibits beautiful flavors of pineapple, honey and peach cobbler with apricot that lingers on the palate. Light, dry and surprisingly flavorful, this makes for a perfect summer wine.
