Description
You will find this flavorful yet delicate white wine beautifully balanced and delightfully fruit forward. Fermented in neutral oak, it has been steel aged minimally and lightly fined and filtered to preserve its natural fruit flavors. A light but complex wine, it exhibits delicate flavors of crisp pear, lychee, fresh peaches and pie crust on the nose, with balanced acids and a nice light and soft mouthfeel. Palate teasing flavors of pineapple, fresh apricots and a little peach cobbler with a touch of straw linger.
