Two-thirds of juice was barrel co-fermented meaning that the juice was put through both Primary fermentation and Malolatic fermentation at the same time in French Oak Barrels. The remaining one-third of the juice was fermented alone in a stainless tank and did not undergo 75% Malolatic fermentaton.
A minimal amount of sulfites are added during the winemaking process-total sulfites in bottled wine does not exceed 20 ppm SO2
